ChatGPT·Claude에서 비즈위키 쓰기
거래처 스무 곳이 아직 영업 중인지 확인해야 할 때, 사업자등록번호 목록을 AI에 붙여 넣고 "이 중에 폐업한 곳 있어?"라고 물으면 AI가 짐작하지 않고 국세청에 바로 조회해서 답합니다. 로그인 없이 쓰는 읽기 전용 도구이고, 돌려주는 값은 비즈위키 사업자 페이지와 같은 출처에서 나옵니다.

제공하지 않는 것
- 대표자 이름, 전화번호, 이메일, 주소(도로명·지번)는 돌려주지 않습니다.
- 사람 이름으로는 찾을 수 없습니다. 상호 검색은 상호 칸만 봅니다.
- 비즈위키에 삭제를 요청한 사업자는 어떤 도구에서도 나오지 않습니다.
- 통신판매업 신고 정보는 아직 제공하지 않습니다. 광고와 제휴 링크도 넣지 않습니다.
데이터와 한도
- 상태는 국세청 사업자등록 상태조회(공공데이터포털 15081808)에서 실시간으로 가져옵니다. 법인 정보는 금융위원회 기업기본정보(공공데이터포털 15043184)를, 상호 검색은 공공데이터로 만든 비즈위키 데이터베이스를 씁니다. 응답마다 출처가 붙습니다.
- 국세청이 응답하지 않거나 하루 실시간 조회 한도를 넘으면 마지막으로 저장한 값으로 답하고, 저장값이라는 것과 그 확인 시각을 함께 표시합니다. 저장값도 없으면 모른다고 답합니다.
- 대화 중 필요한 사업자를 조회하라고 만든 도구입니다. 대량 수집은 이용약관 제5조에 따라 금지하며, 요청 수에 한도를 둡니다.
개인정보
- 서버가 받는 것은 AI 서비스가 보내는 사업자등록번호·상호와 요청 정보뿐입니다. 대화 내용과 계정 정보는 받지 않습니다.
- 입력한 번호와 상호는 조회에만 쓰고 저장하지 않습니다. 사업자등록번호는 상태 확인을 위해 국세청 상태조회 API에 전달됩니다.
- 남용을 막으려고 IP 주소와 ChatGPT가 보내는 익명 사용자 식별값으로 요청 수를 제한하며, 이 값은 저장하지 않습니다.
- 이용 통계를 위해 도구 이름, AI 서비스 종류, 익명 사용자 식별값을 되돌릴 수 없게 변환한 값, 처리 결과와 처리 시간만 기록하고, 이 기록은 Cloudflare 로그 보관 기간이 지나면 자동으로 지워집니다.

Bizwiki Business Lookup for Claude and ChatGPT (English)
Bizwiki Business Lookup is a read-only MCP server for Korean business registration numbers (사업자등록번호). It checks whether businesses are active, suspended or closed directly with the National Tax Service, finds registration numbers by business name, and returns basic corporate facts from Financial Services Commission data.
- Server URL:
https://mcp.bizwiki.co.kr/mcp(Streamable HTTP, no authentication, read-only). In Claude, add it from the connector directory once listed, or under Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. ChatGPT listing is in preparation. - Tools:
check_business_status(1 to 20 numbers: taxpayer status, VAT type, closure date, time of check),search_business(up to 10 matches by business name, optional province or city/district),get_corporation_profile(corporate registration number, founding date, industry, listing market, SME status, employee count). - Example prompts: "Is business registration number 220-81-62517 still operating?", "Check whether these vendors are still in business: 124-81-00998, 220-81-62517, 104-81-27751", "What is the business registration number of 네이버 주식회사 in Seongnam?"
- Never returned: representatives' names, phone numbers, email addresses or street addresses. Searching by a person's name is not supported. Businesses that asked to be removed from Bizwiki are not shown. No ads or affiliate links.
- Data: National Tax Service business status API (data.go.kr 15081808), Financial Services Commission corporate information (data.go.kr 15043184), and the Bizwiki database built from Korean public data. If the National Tax Service does not respond or the daily live-check limit is reached, the server answers with the last stored value and says so, with the time it was checked.
- Privacy: the server receives only the registration numbers and names sent by the AI service plus request metadata, never conversation content or account data. Inputs are used only for the lookup and are not stored. IP addresses and ChatGPT's anonymous user identifier are used for rate limiting and not stored. Usage logs contain the tool name, the AI service type, a one-way hash of the anonymous identifier, the outcome and processing time, and are deleted when Cloudflare's log retention ends.
